2GB radio’s John Stanley sat down with head of Lady Tradies, Wendy Pinch to discuss the increasing movement of women joining the trade industry.

Pinch sheds a light on the increasing interest of construction trades to women in Australia, sharing that TAFE NSW have enrolled 1000 new female tradies in the last year.

She then goes on to explain some of the differences she sees between male and female tradies, saying that females are unsurprisingly more safety cautious when it comes to electrical work or any potentially dangerous work.
