About the apprenticeship
While you work and earn, you’ll also be earning the Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (CPC31320), your pathway to becoming a qualified tiler. This comprehensive qualification equips you with all the essential skills needed to excel in residential and commercial construction, from substrate preparation and tile cutting techniques to installation methods for various surfaces including wet areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces.

Our program combines on-the-job learning with your employer, online theory modules you can complete when convenient, and regular on-site assessments with your dedicated trainer, ensuring you develop real-world skills while minimising time away from the worksite.

*A training contract is a legally binding agreement between the employer and the apprentice or trainee. In signing the training contract, both parties are bound by certain obligations expressed in the contract. The training contract sets out the terms of the apprenticeship or traineeship, which are agreed to by both the employer and the apprentice or trainee.
This apprenticeship typically takes 3-4 years to complete, depending on your progress. Our competency-based approach means you can complete units as you demonstrate proficiency, potentially finishing sooner.
