About the qualification

The Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (CPC31320) is your pathway to becoming a qualified tiler. This course covers all the essential skills and knowledge required to work effectively in residential and commercial construction, focusing on substrate preparation, tile cutting techniques, and installation methods for various surfaces.

What you’ll learn

This course gives you both the practical skills and technical knowledge needed to excel in the tiling trade. You’ll learn techniques for preparing surfaces, setting out tile patterns, cutting and laying tiles, and applying waterproofing systems for walls and floors in wet areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces.

What are the entry requirements for this apprenticeship?

*A training contract is a legally binding agreement between the employer and the apprentice or trainee. In signing the training contract, both parties are bound by certain obligations expressed in the contract.
