By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (available here) (Terms). You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Everthought Education Pty Ltd ABN 56 613 279 815 and our related bodies corporate.

Everthought Education Pty Ltd is the owner of:

• Lynchpin Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 65 114 892 509 trading as Everthought Education Brisbane South, RTO 32438; and
• Everthought Education Perth Pty Ltd ABN 70 123 363 495 trading as Everthought Education Perth, RTO 51681, CRICOS Provider 02898C

The following terms and conditions apply to each promotion or competition outlined below.

Discounts and scholarships

General criteria
The following criteria apply to discount and scholarship promotional offers:

• Student must be a genuine student (a genuine student is one who has completed and met all enrolment criteria for the course that they are enrolling in).
• For international students, the student must meet the applicable visa requirements, and meet the appropriate IELTS (or equivalent) entry requirements.
• The student has been successfully accepted and enrolled in one of the Everthoughts program/courses.
• The student has paid the appropriate fee.
• Students must commence study on one of the days or dates advertised that the promotion is applicable for.
• The discount or scholarship is only valid on the course/s stated in the advertising.
• The discount or scholarship amount is calculated by Everthought and is applied to the applicable full fee of the course.
• Refunds and withdrawals are as per Everthoughts refund and withdrawal policy which is located on its website.
• Discounts or scholarships cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

Refer a family member or friend promotion

General criteria
The following criteria apply to referral promotional offers:

• Referred student must be a genuine student (a genuine student is one who has completed and met all enrolment criteria for the course that they are enrolling in).
• For international students, the referred student must meet the applicable visa requirements, and meet the appropriate IELTS (or equivalent) entry requirements.
• The referred student has been successfully accepted and enrolled in one of the Everthoughts courses.
• The referred student has paid the appropriate fee before any referral voucher is sent to the referee.
• Referral students must commence study on one of the days or dates advertised that the promotion is applicable for.
• Referral vouchers provided are not replaceable if lost, misplaced, or stolen.
• Terms and conditions of use of the voucher provided are as stated on the voucher.
• Only one referral voucher is provided per referred student.
• No limit to the number of referred students per referrer.
• Referred students must enrol into an Everthought course that is either a Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma program.
• A referral voucher is not applicable on any of Everthoughts short courses.
