Course Description

The Certificate IV in Building and Construction covers the skills and knowledge needed by professional builders, providing skills and techniques to manage a successful building business, such as how to plan construction work, apply building codes and supervise on-site construction projects.

Students will gain a trade outcome in building, covering work in residential and commercial applications. The qualification has core unit of competency requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry, as well as a specialist field of work.

This program is delivered in our purpose designed facilities where emphasis is placed on providing hands-on, practical training in conjunction with industry-based theory components. Training is delivered by accredited, trade trainer/assessors with current industry experience.
