Work Health and Safety for the Construction Industry Course is vital for anyone working in the construction industry, this course will teach you how to apply the relevant work health and safety requirements and policies and procedures on-site. Nothing is more important than safety, which is why having completed this course will make you an invaluable asset on any construction site in Australia.

Learn how to lead risk management workshops in an organisation. This will teach you how to facilitate the identification of hazards and potential hazards, in order to assess the risks within a workplace. From there you will devise controls that are designed to mitigate these risks.
You will also gain a White Card through completion of this course, which is essential for any worker to be allowed entry to construction sites (training is delivered on-site, at Everthought Brisbane and Perth training facilities).

Tech Requirements
You will need to have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection. For the White Card, you will need to attend on-site.

Assessments
To demonstrate competence in a unit of competency, you will undertake a number of assessment pieces. The assessments are made up of a mix of questions, reports, and/or practical demonstrations. Queensland students who want to be issued with a white card will be required to attend a face-to-face training and assessment day at the Brisbane campus.
