The Certificate III in Cabinet Making is an entry level qualification that focuses on building free-standing furniture or in-built cabinets, manufacture and install cabinets in kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces.
Skills include measurements and calculations, environmentally sustainable work practices, to estimate and cost jobs, how to use hand and power tools, manual and computer-aided production drawings, manufacture of fitted furniture, installation of fitted furniture, manufacture of free-standing furniture, and applying stains, polishes, and decorative finishes.
This course recognises your skills and prior learning that enables you to perform a range of cabinet making tasks.

Duration: 2 – 8 weeks dependant on levels of experience and knowledge
Entry Requirements: 3 to 4 years demonstrated experience with a minimum of two work referrals from qualified builders
Location: Virtual assessment plus completion of any Gap Training required
